Cookie Policy
Cookies, kept simple.
Version 1.1, effective 26 July 2026
What we use
League of One sets only the cookies needed to run the site and your private client workspace. We use no analytics or advertising cookies anywhere, and no tracking scripts load on the public site.
Inside the client workspace, two trusted services help us deliver the programme: respond.io, which powers the support chat, and video players from Loom (occasionally YouTube or Vimeo) for session recordings and walkthroughs. These load from their own servers and may set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy policies. We use them to deliver your programme, not to track you.
The cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| loa_portal | Keeps you signed in to your private client HQ after you enter your email and access code. | 30 days | Strictly necessary |
| loa_portal_imp | Marks a short-lived support session where the League of One team views a client HQ to help with an issue. | 2 hours | Strictly necessary |
| loa_admin | Keeps the League of One team signed in to the admin panel. | 7 days | Strictly necessary |
| loa_consent | Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again. | 6 months | Strictly necessary |
Some features also save your in-progress work (for example a half-finished form) in your own browser’s local storage. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us by the storage itself.
Your choices
The cookies we set ourselves are all strictly necessary, so the site works the same whether you accept or decline non-essential cookies; if we ever introduce any of our own, they will not load before you consent. The support chat and video players in the client workspace are part of delivering your programme; if you would prefer not to use them, email us and we will find another way. You can change your choice at any time via (also in the footer of every page), or clear cookies in your browser settings. Questions: liv@leagueof.one.
